A Success Story
It all began with a single idea, fueled by entrepreneurial energy. In the 1990s, two entities, a tax firm and a law firm, were established. After a few years, the two founders decided to merge, thus forming the AuditJurTax Group. Almost all of the active managing directors come with experience from well-known large law firms (Big 4 and Next 10). The unique name of the firm, AuditJurTax, unites three terms: Audit for audit, Jur for law, and Tax for taxes. The AuditJurTax Group has nationally and internationally established itself as a firm that specializes in tax and legal advice from a single source. This has attracted clients worldwide, many of whom have remained loyal to the firm for decades. Over the years, we’ve built contacts with banks, companies, chambers of commerce, insurance companies, and authorities, all to benefit our clients. And it is a success story that is still in progress.

2023
30th anniversary of the AuditJurTax Group.
The new slogan “together. secure. successful.” Fresh photos and videos open the group’s completely new public image.
Stefan Raster joins the legal team as an additional managing director.
2019
Melanie Schmid becomes a partner of Christian Riehl in the tax firm.

25th anniversary of the tax firm.

The law firm moves to new offices.

Christian Riehl becomes a partner in the tax firm.

Michael Heinze becomes a partner in the law firm.

Further international orientation of the firm by founding TiB Trust in Business GmbH Steuerberatungsgesellschaft.

Ernst Altweger founds Altweger Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH.
1998
The two law firms are merged to form AuditJurTax GmbH.
1995
Ernst Altweger founds his law firm in Freising.
1993
The tax firm is founded in Munich.
